Measure the length of the filter EXCLUDING the handle and the thread.

Equivalent filters from other manufacturers also sometimes have very slight differences in size (1 to 2 mm) in the thread diameter. The Pleatco version has a slightly larger thread (59 mm). If you need to replace a Pleatco cartridge, we advise you to choose the same model.
