Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply if you are a private individual and if the parts you order from Tubs Parts are intended for your own use. In any other case, please contact us for further details.

You have up to 180 days to change your mind and return the product, in new condition and in its original packaging, except in the case of custom-made spa covers that have been specifically manufactured for you.

You are protected by the legal warranties that apply in the country where we delivered your order. We also give you a two-year commercial warranty, regardless of your country (see the warranty page for more details]).

Tubs Parts does not apply late penalties or fixed compensation per invoice.
