Pipes and biofilm cleaners
Spa pipes are the perfect place for the development of the dreaded biofilm, a thin, slimy layer of organic substances that clings to the walls of the pipes. A regular cleaning of your internal equipment is therefore essential to get rid of grease, oils and detergents that cause unpleasant odours and can change the appearance of the water to the point where the biofilm and other deposits can remain in your spa's pipes.
Do you have problems with cloudy or smelly water? Instead of adding more of your usual disinfectant, which will be ineffective in this situation, you should clean out the pipework with a pipe cleaner or a biofilm remover, then change the water and restart your usual treatment.
