This self-adhesive overlay is designed for the Balboa VL701S keyboard installed on many Saratoga hot tubs from the "Luxury Spas" line marketed in the early 2000s, including the following models:
- 5000 - Polo
- 6000 - Adelphi

- 2000 - Excelsior
- 3000 - Clarendon
- 1000 - Canfield
- 2000 - Olympia
- 8000 - Pavilion
- 9000 - Victoria
It is available in 3 versions, with different key configurations, depending on your original keypad. The versions are:
- Blower and Jet on the left
- Jet 1 and Jet 2 on the left
- Jet 1, Jet 2 and Blower on the left
