Ultra 9000 1,5HP blower motor, reconditioned
This reconditioned 1,5HP motor fits most Ultra 9000 blowers, but unfortunately not all of them, because the manufacturer used a different motor on some models built before and during 2014.
If you are not sure of the version (before or after 2014) of your blower and if it is dead:
- Look for the words "Date of Mfg." on the blower label. See photo 3, which indicates "07/12" for July 2012.
- Take the blower apart (it's very easy), and check whether the dimensions of this replacement motor are a good match. If your motor is around 140 mm, that's the good one. If it is about 130 mm, it is the new version of the blower, so this motor will not be compatible.

Note that the 2-year warranty does not apply to the carbon brush, also known as a motor brush, a graphite bonding agent that conducts the electrical current between stationary and rotating wires inside the motor. The carbon brush is a wearing part with a life expectancy of approximately 1500 hours.
